Return & Cancellation Policy

This Return & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling services and requesting refunds from Sluzarintyxapox ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

2. Service Cancellation by Client

2.1 Cancellation Timeframes

Cancellation terms are specified in your service agreement. Generally, the following applies:

  • More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee
  • 15-30 days before event: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before event: No refund, as materials and arrangements have been prepared

2.2 Cancellation Process

To cancel your service, you must provide written notice via email to info@sluzarintyxapox.world. The cancellation is effective from the date we receive your written notice.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Materials already purchased for your event
  • Administration and consultation fees
  • Services already rendered (such as design consultations, site visits)
  • Third-party vendor costs that have been incurred

3. Service Cancellation by Sluzarintyxapox

We reserve the right to cancel services in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
  • If the client fails to meet payment obligations
  • If the client provides false or misleading information
  • If the venue or event requirements are not feasible or safe

If we cancel services for reasons within our control, we will provide a full refund of any amounts paid, minus costs already incurred.

4. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be possible subject to:

  • Our availability on the new date
  • Additional costs if materials need to be reordered
  • A rescheduling fee may apply if notice is given less than 30 days before the original event date

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to our availability and agreement.

5. Refund Process

If you are entitled to a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed

6. Materials and Items

Decorative items and materials used in our services are typically rented or custom-made for your event. These items:

  • Remain the property of Sluzarintyxapox or our suppliers
  • Must be returned after the event (unless otherwise specified in your service agreement)
  • Are subject to damage or loss fees if not returned in original condition

7. Changes to Services

Minor changes to services may be possible up to 14 days before the event, subject to feasibility and additional costs. Significant changes requested less than 14 days before the event may incur additional fees or may not be possible.

All change requests must be made in writing and confirmed by both parties.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or regulations
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Venue closures or restrictions
  • Supplier failures

In such circumstances, we will work with you to find alternative solutions, but full refunds may not be available if costs have already been incurred.

9. Consumer Guarantees (New Zealand Law)

Under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have certain rights that cannot be excluded. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Disputes

If you have a concern about cancellation or refunds, please contact us first to discuss the matter. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and amicably.

If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may contact:

  • New Zealand's Consumer Protection agency
  • Alternative dispute resolution services

11. Partial Services

If we are unable to complete all services as agreed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a partial refund for services not rendered, minus any costs already incurred.

If you request to reduce the scope of services after booking, refunds will be calculated based on the original agreement and costs already incurred.

12. Quality Concerns

If you have concerns about the quality of our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and fairly.

Depending on the nature of the concern, we may offer:

  • Correction or re-performance of services
  • Partial refund for unsatisfactory elements
  • Credit toward future services

All quality concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion to be considered for resolution.

13. Weather and External Factors

For outdoor events, weather conditions may affect our ability to provide certain services. We will work with you to find suitable alternatives, but refunds may be limited if materials have been prepared or services partially rendered.

We recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events and discussing weather contingencies during the planning phase.
